Whole yellow peas (with skin).
Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt to taste.
Add ZENB Pasta. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until desired firmness, 8 minutes for a more al dente pasta and 10 minutes for a softer texture.
