Unfortunately, damaged and faulty products are the only reasons for which we can offer a refund or replacement. Due to the perishable nature of our products, you do not otherwise have a right to cancel your order or any contract between us and we are not otherwise able to offer refunds or allow for a return of those items. Yes, ZENB products follow all FDA guidelines for gluten-free products. Pasta, Pasta Sides, Cracker Crisps, and Pasta Bowls are certified gluten-free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO).

Yes, ZENB is dedicated to using only ingredients that are non genetically engineered, and to be sure, our ingredient suppliers are required to confirm through documentation that their products are non-GMO. We partner with the non-GMO Project to go a step further and ensure our products also follow stringent provisions for testing, traceability, and segregation.

Yes, all ZENB products are vegan, having been developed free of animal ingredients.

Although ZENB products are not certified organic, we work with partners to create delicious, plant-based foods that are accessible to a wide range of people. Our ingredients come from farms that have high-quality standards that are in line with our brand values.

ZENB Spaghetti is certified kosher with OU. Our other products are not certified kosher.
