RETURNS & EXCHANGES


If for any reason you are not happy with your ZENB purchase, please reach out to us at: support@zenb.com.


We strive to deliver products to you in excellent condition, but if your products arrive damaged or faulty, please let us know. We reserve the right to request a return of any damaged goods by certified delivery to ZENB. Our customer service team will be happy to either replace your purchase or issue you a refund.


Unfortunately, damaged and faulty products are the only reasons for which we can offer a refund or replacement. Due to the perishable nature of our snacks, you do not otherwise have a right to cancel your order or any contract between us and we are not otherwise able to offer refunds or allow for a return of those items.



SHIPPING & DELIVERY


Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO, Canada or Mexico. We do our best to ship out in-stock orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). 


We ship using USPS, and once your order leaves our facility, you can expect your delivery within 2-7 business days.


Products eligible for free shipping will be designated on the product page and at checkout.
