Terms Of Sale

These Terms of Sale (these “Terms of Sale”), in addition to our Terms of Service govern your purchase of product(s) on this website, including through the mobile version hereof (collectively, this “Site”). This Site and its related services and applications (collectively, this “Service”) is being offered by ZENB US, INC. (“we”, “us”, or “ZENB”). ZENB may, in its sole discretion and at any time, modify, suspend or discontinue these Terms of Sale and/or this Site or specific portions of it. Your purchase of one or more products on this Site constitutes your agreement with ZENB to be bound by, and to act in accordance with, these Terms of Sale and the Terms of Use. 

Ordering
Orders for in-stock products are generally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). The purchase of products and services on the Site is subject to availability. If merchandise is currently out-of-stock, we will attempt to identify that on the Site. In the unlikely event that an item you order is out of stock, ZENB will contact you and you will have the option to either place an updated order or cancel the entire order without charge.

Payment Methods

We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, America Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Site, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your transaction, including without limitation your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. Please see the ZENB Privacy Policy for information about the collection, use and protection of your information.

YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD(S) UTILIZED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TRANSACTION. By submitting such information, you grant us or the third party collecting that information on our behalf the right to provide such information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of transactions initiated by you or on your behalf. Verification of information may be required prior to the acknowledgment or completion of any transaction.

Free or Promotional Offers

We occasionally offer discounts and coupon codes. While the terms and conditions for each promotion will vary, most of our offers last for a limited time, and have associated promotional codes that can only be used once per customer and cannot be combined with other offers. Promotional shipping offers will apply to orders that meet the particular promotional guidelines, such as the applicable merchandise total (before tax and shipping/handling charges are applied) and the requirement that the order be shipped to a single address. Generally, shipping promotions will only apply to standard shipping, unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that does not comply with these terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between the discount code terms and conditions and these Terms of Sale, the discount code terms and conditions shall prevail.

Shipping

Orders will only be shipped and delivered to addresses located within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO/APO/FPO box addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or to any countries outside the United States.

We ship using USPS and UPS, and once your order leaves our facility, you can expect your delivery within 2-8 business days. A shipment confirmation containing the tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships.

Risk of Loss; General Prohibitions

THE RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE FOR ITEMS SHALL PASS TO YOU UPON OUR DELIVERY TO THE CARRIER. IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE A SAFE AND CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCESSIBLE TO COMMON CARRIERS. YOU HEREBY RELEASE US FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY IN THE EVENT YOU (A) PROVIDE AN INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS AND/OR (B) FAIL TO COLLECT THE MERCHANDISE FROM THE DELIVERY ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS.

Cancelations

Once you submit an order on the Site, we can’t guarantee changes or cancelations, because of the speed and efficiency of our order processing and fulfilment. If you would like to make changes to, or cancel, your order, please contact Customer Service at: support@zenb.com 

Prices

All prices shown on the Site are in U.S. Dollars and are exclusive of applicable sales tax. Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address on your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice to you, provided that any changes made after your order is submitted will not apply retroactively. ZENB subscription orders are deemed to be submitted as of the date of each shipment. We do not warrant or guarantee that product descriptions, specifications, or pricing on our Site is complete, accurate, reliable, current or error-free. In the event of any errors relating to the pricing or specifications of any item, product or service, ZENB shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders in its sole discretion. If we charged your credit card or other payment account prior to cancelation, we will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge. 

Subscriptions

BY SIGNING UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION WITH A RECURRING SHIPMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AND YOUR ORDER WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED ON A RECURRING BASIS AS SELECTED BY YOU UNTIL YOU END YOUR SUBSCRIPTION OR CANCEL YOUR RECURRING ORDER.

Subscription Account

In order to become a member of the Site and use our Subscription Services, you must register for an account with us (“Account”) and provide us with information as prompted by the Site registration form. You represent and warrant that: (a) all information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information. You are fully responsible for keeping your Account login information confidential and for all activities that occur within your Account. If you suspect that there has been unauthorized access to your Account or any other potential security breaches you agree to immediately notify us of this. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.

Subscription Terms

By enrolling in a subscription you are signing up to a periodic subscription with us and agree to pay the then current applicable subscription fee listed on the site (as defined by the quantity and type of shipment you choose to receive per period). Your subscription, which may start with a free or discounted box, will continue at the level you have chosen (or at a different level if you change your preferences) unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it. We reserve the right to amend our billing schedule without notifying you.

We may change the price of a subscription plan, introduce new subscription plans, or remove subscription plans from time to time, and will communicate any price or plan changes to you in advance to the email address provided in your Account. Price and subscription plan changes will take effect as of the next billing period following the date on which we provided notice to you of the price or plan change. By continuing to use our service after the effective date of a price or plan change, you indicate your acceptance of such price or subscription plan change. If you do not agree with a price or subscription plan change, you have the right to reject the change by cancelling your subscription(s) prior to the effective date of the price or subscription plan change. Please make sure that you read any notifications of price or subscription plan changes carefully.

Manage Your Subscription

TO MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION(S), SIGN IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND CLICK ON "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS”. ALL UPDATES TO SUBSCRIPTION(S) MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR "NEXT ORDER DATE".

If you have multiple recurring orders in place you will need to go through the process outlined below for each individual order to ensure that all of your recurring orders have been successfully updated or canceled.

Order Frequency

Change how often you would like to receive your shipments by selecting "Edit" in the Actions column on the Subscription Items page, then "Edit" in the Delivery schedule section. Select the new frequency and then click "Update Schedule".

For other changes to your subscription, select "My Subscriptions" on the Account page and click on the desired option:

Address and Shipping Information

Change your billing address by selecting "Billing" on the My Subscriptions page, then select "Edit address". When your changes are complete select "Save". Change your shipping address by selecting "Edit" in the Actions column on the Subscription Items page and then "Edit" in the Ships to section. Make the necessary changes, then click “Update Address”. 

Payment Information

Change the credit card for upcoming orders by selecting "Billing" on the My Subscriptions page and then select "Update card". Fill in all details of your credit card, and then click “Update card”. The last four digits and expiration date of the new credit card will appear in the Card on file section.

Products in Your Subscription 

Change the quantity for all future orders of item(s) in your subscription by selecting "Edit" in the Actions column on the Subscription Items page and then "Edit" under Change quantity. Make your change and then click on "Update quantity". To subscribe to a new product select "Add Product" below the Subscription Items section. Select your product from the list then update the frequency and quantity. Select "Add Product". This item will ship with your next order.

Manage Upcoming Orders

Order dates can be skipped as needed. To skip an order date(s), select "Schedule" on the My Subscriptions page. Select "Skip" next to any product you would like to skip in your next order. To reinstate a skipped order date, select “Unskip”.

The next 25 order date(s) in your subscription can be managed.

Cancelling a Subscription

You must cancel your subscription 24 hours before your order date in order to avoid billing of the next period’s shipment to your chosen payment method. We will automatically bill the subscription shipment every period to the payment method you provide to us during registration (or to a different payment method if you change your card on file in the Billing Information section). We may change the pricing for our products by updating the Site and without any additional notice to you, provided that any changes will not take effect until your Next order date.

To cancel your subscription, visit your Account and click on “Manage Subscriptions”. Select “Cancel” in the Actions column, select the reason you are cancelling and provide additional comments we may find helpful. Click on the “Cancel Subscription” button. If you do not want to cancel your subscription, select “Return to subscription”.

Please note, if you want to change the frequency or skip an order date(s), you do not need to cancel the entire subscription. You can change how often you would like to receive your shipments by selecting "Edit" in the Actions column on the My Subscriptions page, then "Edit" in the Delivery schedule section. Select the new frequency and then click "Update Schedule". You can skip an order date(s) by selecting "Schedule" on the My Subscriptions page. Select "Skip" next to any product you would like to skip in your next order (at least 24 hours prior to your "Next order date") or any upcoming order. To reinstate a skipped order date, select “Unskip”.
