Chicken breasts are a no-fail dinner entree that bring plenty of protein to the table. About 15 minutes before you’re ready to cook the chicken, set the oven to 415 degrees Fahrenheit and generously salt and pepper each chicken breast. Then, brown them in butter or olive oil over medium-high heat in an oven-safe skillet for about 2 minutes on each side. Pop the skillet into the heated oven for 20 minutes (or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees), and you’re good to go.
