ZENB You Pick It Pack
Out of the casserole dish and into the air-fryer! With ZENB Lasagna , you can create an appetizer that will impress even the pickest crowd. Fully of vegetables and that undeniable crunch, these egg rolls are also a good source of fiber and low in fat.
INGREDIENTS
- 12 sheets ZENB Yellow Pea Lasagna, uncooked
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 4 cups shredded Napa cabbage
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 (1/4-inch piece) ginger, peeled and minced (about 1/2 teaspoon)
- 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Preheat air-fryer to 400°F. Soak ZENB Lasagna sheets in large baking dish of hot water for 15-20 minutes, or until pliable. Drain well and cut each sheet in half to yield 24 squares, about 3x3-inch each. Pat each square dry with paper towels.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add cabbage, carrots, green onions, ginger, soy sauce and vinegar; cook 5-7 minutes until tender. Transfer mixture to clean plate; cool completely.
3.Top squares evenly with vegetable mixture. Roll each square into a tight cylinder. Arrange egg rolls seam-side-down, in single layer, in air-fryer basket. Allow for a small amount of space between each roll. Spray lightly with 100% olive oil spray; air-fry 8-9 minutes or until golden-brown. Repeat with remaining egg rolls. Serve warm with chili sauce.
Tasty Tips
Sweet chili sauce is usually available in the condiment aisle or Asian section of the grocery store.
Substitute bagged coleslaw mix for the shredded Napa cabbage.
