ZENB Pasta Variety

INGREDIENTS
- 12 ounces ZENB Yellow Pea Rotini Pasta, uncooked
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon each kosher salt & ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Cook ZENB Pasta as directed on package. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta cooking water; drain. Return pasta to pot.
2.Add pasta water, butter, salt and pepper to pasta. Mix gently until well combined. Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
Tasty Tips
Substitute plant-based butter and vegan Parmesan for a vegan dish.
For a spicy kick, substitute crushed red pepper for the black pepper.
