SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently use USPS and UPS to ship. Shipping method is determined based on products in your order. We do not ship to PO/APO/FPO box addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or to any countries outside the United States.
We do our best to ship out in-stock orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Once your order leaves our facility, you can expect your delivery within 2-8 business days.
Products eligible for free shipping will be designated on the product page and at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not happy with your ZENB purchase, please reach out to us at: email@example.com
We strive to deliver products to you in excellent condition, but if your products arrive damaged or faulty, please let us know. We reserve the right to request a return of any damaged goods by certified delivery to ZENB. Our customer service team will be happy to either replace your purchase or issue you a refund.
Unfortunately, damaged and faulty products are the only reasons for which we can offer a refund or replacement. Due to the perishable nature of our snacks, you do not otherwise have a right to cancel your order or any contract between us and we are not otherwise able to offer refunds or allow for a return of those items.
