ZENB Lasagna is a no-boil, oven-ready pasta. Simply add it to your dish while assembling your casserole. For best results, make sure your lasagna filling has plenty of sauce as this is what helps cook your noodles.
Most lasagna casseroles take between 40-60 minutes to fully cook. When the noodles are cooked through you should notice the sauce boiling around the edges of the pan. You may want to insert a toothpick into the lasagna to check for doneness. If the toothpick goes in easily without a lot of resistance, the noodles are done.
The small, loose spirals in this slender shape make it great for serving with sauces, in salads, or baked casseroles, including everyone's favorite: mac & cheese.

Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt to taste.
Add ZENB Pasta. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until desired firmness, 8 minutes for a more al dente pasta and 10 minutes for a softer texture.
Drain well and serve, just as you would traditional pasta.
Water may foam as a natural result of the cooking process for yellow peas.
For cold dishes such as pasta salads, rinse the pasta under cold running water after cooking to chill. Drain well and combine with other ingredients to enjoy immediately.
