Create Your Own ZENB Gourmet Pasta Sauce Pack
This unique take on an appetizer or snack creates Pizza-Stuffed Mushrooms using ZENB Roasted Tomato, Garlic, & Basil Pasta Sauce. With just 5 ingredients, this recipe is a simple way to bring delicious flavors to the table while staying low in calories.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound cremini mushrooms, cleaned, stems removed and finely chopped (about 20 mushrooms)
- 1/2 cup ZENB Roasted Tomato, Garlic & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Preheat oven to 450°F. Heat large skillet sprayed with 100% olive oil spray on medium heat. Cook mushroom stems 4-6 minutes or until soft. Remove pan from heat; stir in ZENB Sauce.
2.Arrange mushroom caps on rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment or foil. Combine cheeses in small bowl. Spoon sauce mixture evenly into mushroom caps. Top with cheese.
3.Bake 15-18 minutes or until cheese is melted and mushrooms are tender. Sprinkle with basil before serving.
Tasty Tips
Clean mushrooms by gently wiping tops with a slightly dampened paper towel.
