INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 8 ounces halloumi cheese, cut into 1/2-inch-thick sticks
  • 1 cup ZENB Roasted Tomato, Garlic & Basil Pasta Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place flour, egg and panko in 3 shallow bowls. Dust each cheese stick with flour, then dip into egg, then coat completely in panko. Arrange on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Meanwhile, heat ZENB Sauce in medium microwave-safe bowl until heated through. Serve baked cheese sticks with warmed sauce for dipping.
