The name ZENB is derived from the Japanese word zenbu, which means whole, and our company embraces this philosophy with a plant-full approach to reinvent pantry staples. Our mission driven focus is something that we inherited from our parent company Mizkan, which has been developing food products for over 200 years. Today our priority is plant-based innovations, but our company has always sought to unlock the full potential of what nature provides. We do this with a desire to add less and waste nothing. That is why ZENB products use as much of the whole plant as possible, including parts of legumes and vegetables that are typically discarded.
