Yogurt flavor of your choice
¼ cup of strawberry
¼ cup of banana
¼ cup of blueberries

Instructions
Pour yogurt into bowl. Slice and measure all fruit ingredients and add to Yogurt. Top yogurt with ZENB and mix.

Ingredients
8 cups lettuce leaves of your choice
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
1 carrot, sliced
1 cucumber, halved lengthwise and chopped
½ cup dressing of your choice
1 ZENB Veggie Stick of your choice, crumbled
Instructions
Combine and mix greens with tomatoes, carrots, and cucumbers in a large serving bowl. Drizzle with dressing and top with crumbled ZENB Veggie Stick.

A Soup Like No Other

1 large avocado, scooped out
1 cup plain 2% yogurt
1 cup low sodium vegetable broth
2-2 ½ tablespoon lime juice
1 handful of cilantro
½ teaspoon salt or to taste
¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
Combine all ingredients into your food processor. Pulse a few times, then process until smooth. Top with ZENB Veggie Stick. Serve chilled.
