Yogurt flavor of your choice

¼  cup of strawberry

¼  cup of banana

¼  cup of blueberries

1  ZENB Veggie Stick of your choice, crumbled


Pour yogurt into bowl. Slice and measure all fruit ingredients and add to Yogurt. Top yogurt with ZENB and mix.

8  cups lettuce leaves of your choice

1  pint grape tomatoes, halved

1  carrot, sliced

1  cucumber, halved lengthwise and chopped

½  cup dressing of your choice

1  ZENB Veggie Stick of your choice, crumbled 


Combine and mix greens with tomatoes, carrots, and cucumbers in a large serving bowl. Drizzle with dressing and top with crumbled ZENB Veggie Stick.

A Soup Like No Other

Move over, crackers — soup’s got a new best friend, and its name is ZENB. Crush up a ZENB Veggie Stick and add the chunks to your soup to give it a nice, subtle crunch and added flavor profile, or, if you’d rather enjoy your stick whole, you can keep it intact and simply dip it into your soup. Serves 6


½  English cucumber, cut into chunks

1  large avocado, scooped out

1  cup plain 2% yogurt

1  cup low sodium vegetable broth

2-2 ½  tablespoon lime juice

1  handful of cilantro

½  teaspoon salt or to taste

¼  teaspoon garlic powder

1  ZENB Veggie Stick of your choice, crumbled


Combine all ingredients into your food processor. Pulse a few times, then process until smooth. Top with ZENB Veggie Stick. Serve chilled.
