The following terms and conditions apply to any ZENB physical and/or digital gift certificate or gift card issued by ZENB for free for promotional purposes (referred to herein as the "Promotional Gift Certificate", regardless of the form in which it is issued).

ZENB US, Inc., with its subsidiaries and affiliates, ("ZENB", "we", "our", or "us") is the issuer of, and provides the funding for, the Promotional Gift Certificate. Your right to use the funds on the Promotional Gift Certificate is a limited right, subject to the terms and conditions herein and to applicable law. By accepting or using the Promotional Gift Certificate, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change the format, elements and terms and conditions of the Promotional Gift Certificate at any time without notice. It is the bearer’s responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly for any such changes. The Promotional Gift Certificate is void where prohibited by law.

The Promotional Gift Certificate may only be used by customers in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia to make purchases of merchandise directly from ZENB, and is redeemable only at ZENB.com (“Website”) in accordance with the full terms and conditions of the Website. Customers may not use Promotional Gift Certificate to purchase subscriptions for product- Promotional Gift Certificate use is limited to one-time product purchases. Application of the Promotional Gift Certificate to a customer’s purchases is limited to the value indicated on its front and/or back.  You may not apply more than one (1) Promotional Gift Certificate to any individual purchase. If your purchase amount is greater than the value of the Promotional Gift Certificate, you must pay the balance using any credit card accepted by us as noted on our Website.

The sale or auction of the Promotional Gift Certificate, or use of the Promotional Gift Certificate for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes, is strictly prohibited. The Promotional Gift Certificate cannot be used to purchase any ZENB gift cards or certificates offered for sale by ZENB, and cannot be applied to past purchases or combined with any other offers.  The Promotional Gift Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash or replaced if lost or stolen.

The Promotional Gift Certificate will be deemed void if copied, scanned, damaged, incomplete, altered, transferred in violation of these terms and conditions, or obtained through theft, fraud or unauthorized, illegitimate means, as determined by us in our discretion.

The laws of Illinois govern the Promotional Gift Certificate and these terms and conditions. Venue for any legal actions in connection with the Promotional Gift Certificate is as noted in the Website’s full terms of use. See such terms of use for full details regarding any disputes that may arise in connection with the Promotional Gift Certificate. 

If we suspect any use or attempted use of the Promotional Gift Certificate in violation of these terms and conditions, your rights to use the Promotional Gift Certificate may be suspended or terminated in our discretion.
