INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound large raw shrimp, (31/35 count) peeled, deveined
  • 1 carton (15.5 ounces) ZENB Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sautéed Onion & Olive Oil Gourmet Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sherry vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley
  • 8 slices French bread, cut 1/4-inch-thick, toasted

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat large skillet sprayed lightly with 100% olive oil spray on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook for 2 minutes until opaque.

Stir in ZENB Gourmet Sauce, vinegar, garlic and spices; cook 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until shrimp is fully cooked.

Remove pan from heat. Stir in parsley. Serve warm shrimp with bread.

Tasty Tips

Cook shrimp with 1/2 teaspoon chile flakes for a dish with a spicy kick.
