  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup ZENB Roasted Tomato, Garlic & Basil Pasta Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup mini-pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil



Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll out pizza dough into 16x14-inch rectangle on clean surface lightly dusted with flour.


Combine ZENB Sauce and Italian seasoning; spread evenly over dough. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and Parmesan evenly over dough. Rollup, starting at the long end. Cut into 12 even slices.


Place cut-side-up in 12-cup standard muffin tin lightly sprayed with 100% olive oil spray. Bake 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before sprinkling with basil.
