ZENB Spaghetti and ZENB Roasted Red Bell Pepper Gourmet Pasta Sauce create a fresh roasted flavorful dish in under 30 minutes. This dish is a good source of fiber.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box (8 ounces) ZENB Spaghetti Pasta made from 100% Yellow Peas
  • 1 carton (15.5 ounces) ZENB Roasted Red Bell Pepper Gourmet Sauce
  • 1/2 cup canned cannellini beans, rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon toasted pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook ZENB Pasta as directed on package. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta cooking water; drain.

Combine ZENB Pasta Sauce, beans and reserved pasta water in large skillet on medium-high heat. Cook 4-6 minutes, until heated through. Add pasta. Cook 3-4 minutes, tossing gently, until pasta is evenly coated.

3.

Sprinkle with pine nuts, Parmesan and basil before serving.
